Sydney Harbour Bridge
This was taken a while back when I was workig in Sydney. Every time I pass this bridge I take photos but it is seldom the photo comes out anything like what I saw when I took the shot – but this one I like. Who knows what it is that makes the difference? Light, angle, lens, camera or maybe it is just my mood at the time. Most likely all the above but one thing very different with this shot is that I took it from a railway platform many meters above the sea level so I have caught it at a better perspective. sometimes height reveals more of the beauty of a scene.
This brings back some memories Keith and yes, you are right about the height when you take a shot. It is a fantastic photo and I am so pleased I didn’t get to miss it.
Huggles.
Reflecting on what makes our images good or just ordinary shots, is a great way to learn and getting better. It’s a good feeling to at last capture exactly what we wanted.
Interesting how the height effected the photo outcome. It is a very nice photo.
